Our Honorable Founder Chairman was late Brig Gen (Retd.) Prof. Dr. Masudur Rahman Khan (MBBS, DLO, FRCS, FICS). In the beginning Dr. Khan solely self financed and built-up the hospital with his life time savings. The facility started and grew to become one of the leading healthcare group of companies in the country, and at present we have a total of five sister concerns which are listed below:MARKS ENT Clinic and General Hospital (Pvt.) Ltd.

Course curriculum and eligibility for MBBS professional Exam

MBBS course is run in four phase. The end of each phase university professional examination

II	1 Year	2nd	Community Medicine & Forensic Medicine
III	1 Year	3rd	Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology.
IV	years	Final	Medicine & Allied Subjects, Surgery and Allied Subjects, Gynecology and Obstetrics.

1. Professional MBBS examination are held twice a year in May and November.
2. Pre requisites for the university exams are a candidate must have 75% attendance in each subjects.
3. Obtained pass marks (minimum 60% of the total) in all formative exam.
4. Certificate of good conduct from concerned department.
5. Payment of university registration and exam fee.
6. Payment of all college dues such as tuition fees etc.
7. Passed all subjects in pervious professional MBBS examination (2nd, 3rd & Final).
8. After passing MBBS 1 year internship in compulsory.
